Paradox Health Bridge is a private personal integration for Aayan Bothra. It is not a public product, healthcare provider, medical device, or emergency service.

Use

The bridge is used to sync authorized Oura data and generate private wellness-context summaries for planning, recovery awareness, workload adjustment, and trend reflection.

No Medical Advice

Outputs are wellness context only. They do not diagnose, treat, prevent, or cure any condition and should not replace professional medical judgment.

Access Control

Internal API routes require bearer-key authentication. Unauthorized access is not permitted.

Revocation

Oura authorization can be revoked, after which local encrypted bridge records can be deleted.
